I have a B.S. in Food Science and a M.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering. A love of writing, and a penchant for listening, observing and asking the right questions drew me into the advertising world. After working for several years in a laboratory environment followed by positions in environmental consulting and advertising, I decided to open my own business. I founded WebWrite Consulting, Inc. in 2000, initially to address the burgeoning needs of the Internet boom. In the past few years, I've branched out into qualitative market research. I hold a Master Practitioner Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and I find this training especially useful in my market research work. NLP is a powerful methodology that teaches us how to better understand our own and others' verbal and non-verbal communications. |
